Livin’ It Every Weekend!

At 9:00 AM on Saturday mornings we’re out for a walk and/or run in Edmonton’s beautiful river valley. Everyone’s welcome and it’s free!

Our club is an informal way to get out, get active, and have fun with like minded people. It’ll be great for you if you…

  • want a Fresh Start after being inactive for while.
  • want to gradually progress to making walking or running a part of your active healthy lifestyle, even if you consider yourself an absolute beginner.
  • love to walk for exercise and want to socialize with like minded people while doing so.
  • would like support to progress to running with a walk:run program.
  • would like to progress towards a 5K, 10K and beyond.
