When I first approached Brent to help me with physical training I was very out of shape, increasingly unwell and a little pessimistic about any chances for improvement. As a single parent and business owner, my life was hectic and stressful, and my own wellbeing had fallen through the cracks. Brent’s approach to wellness focuses on the individual, and understanding the connections between physical, emotional and psychological. To keep these goals alive, I am registered in two races that I would not have considered before. While I know that my times will not be legendary, I am excited about the chance to demonstrate my new level of fitness and hang out with some great people.

Brent has been my coach for almost three years and almost all of our coaching sessions have occurred while trail running.
